At Smart Boats Mallorca, we offer boat owners the rental management service for their vessel in Puerto de Andratx, distinguishing ourselves clearly through our excellent cross-service.

Currently, we have a fleet of 14 boats in Puerto de Andratx and manage around 2,000 rentals each season. Throughout our entire structure, with a professional team that covers the entire customer booking process (marketing and advertising, reservations and customer service, professional skippers, etc.), we offer a service of very high quality and completely distinctive.

Additionally, we have a strong online presence and a wide network of contacts (brokers/intermediaries and hotels), as well as a direct relationship with providers of all the additional services that our clients usually require (restaurants, beach clubs, caterings, toys, etc.).

We are available to clients who own their own boat and wish to generate extra income to cover the costs associated with their vessel.

In our boat management service, we cover and handle the following aspects:

  • The schedule and availability of the boat with the owner before offering it to any client or broker/hotel
  • Boat rental, as well as collections and settlements with clients and intermediaries (brokers/hotels)
  • We organize and appoint professional skippers for the boat
  • The security deposit required on each rental and any necessary interaction with insurance
  • Any catering requests or restaurant reservations from customers
  • Any requests for drinks or extras on board, as well as soft drinks included
  • Deep final cleaning of the entire boat/yatch at the end of each charter
  • Any incidents or repairs that the vessel may need
  • We coordinate the general maintenance (including mechanical) of the boat/yatch
  • We manage wintering
  • We coordinate and support any initial management necessary to prepare the boat for rental (flagging, registration, ITB, equipment for the boat, etc).
  • Advertising the boat through our website, brochures and magazines, platforms and social networks
  • Our team, always at the disposal of the boat and the owner. We always have a physical presence in the Port of Andratx
